All content (text, images, video) published on our Blog Channel Network is required to meet our Blog Editorial Policies.

All Website and Storefront marketing content (images, graphics, video, maps etc.) created, uploaded, embed, displayed and managed by either Search Canada employees, contractors, clients, partners, affiliates, agents or the like using the Search Canada AdPublisher and/or Blog Channel Network and hosted on our servers or on third party servers, are the exclusive property of their respective owners and protected by copyright and trademark law.
All content displayed on Search Canada Sites are owned and controlled by Search Canada or its clients, partners or affiliates. You may only use or reproduce the materials in the Hosted Content for your own personal, non-commercial or educational use. The Content may not be otherwise used, reproduced, broadcast, published or retransmitted without the prior written permission of the copyright/trademark holder. Unfortunately, we can not be held responsible for the misconduct of any one of our members or sponsors that offers abad link, however you mayu contact us anytime and we will work with you to remedy any misconduct immediately.

Limitation Of Liability
Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall Search Canada or any of its businesses members, clients, partners, sponsors or affiliates together with their respective employees, agents, directors, officers and shareholders represented on these Sites be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the complete use of, or the inability to use, the materials on these Sites, even if Search Canada, its members, clients, partners, sponsors, affiliates or an authorized representative of either of these parties has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Termination of Service
Search Canada reserves the right to immediately terminate your use of, or block access to, these Sites at any time if Search Canada decides at its sole discretion that you have breached this Agreement or any relevant law, rule or regulation or you have engaged in conduct that Search Canada considers to be inappropriate or unacceptable.
Other (Miscellaneous)
All claims, disputes or disagreements which may arise out of the interpretation, performance or in any way relating to your use of these Sites and any and all other client Sites hosted by Search Canada, shall be submitted exclusively to Search Canada and its related client or a jurisdiction of the Provincial or Federal courts of Canada.
